Stan
Labovitz: Inventor of Infotool
Expert In individual,
team & organizational diagnostic tools
Stanley Labovitz, JD.,CEO
of the Infotool Technologies, was a practicing
Corporate Attorney for 20 years and Vice
President, Organizational Dynamics, Inc.
for 10 years before designing and incorporating,
Infotool., Inc.
Labovitz recognized that
breakthrough organizational success begins
and ends with diagnostic tools that allow
a corporation to instantly view each pocket
of an organization for both its strengths
and weaknesses. Rapid social and economic
changes are requiring agile business leadership,
organizational nimbleness, flexibility
and rapid responses to changes - that
traditional tools and thinking no longer
met these needs. In response, Labovitz
built a highly successful tool that instantly
measures root causes and shows a company
where they need to focus their efforts.
His company has built an
impressive clientele list that includes
Liberty Mutual Insurance, John Hancock
Insurance, Baylor HeathCare Systems, Staples,
Yale, Harvard, Dannon, Nextel, The Cotton
Industry, CSC Consulting, Perot Systems,
Inc., Bentley College and many others.
Infotool engages 10 team
members, including two PhDs, a Certification/Training
group and our new Benchmarking Division.
The IT team members are SDR Engineering
and RSD Software Engineering. A team of
organizational research consultants is
involved in the tool's ongoing upgrades.
The team needed a web-based application
that was dynamic, interactive and intuitive
enough to empower clients to analyze the
root cause needs of their employees and
their customer's perceptions, as well
flexible enough to meet the changing requirements
of the marketplace.
Along with his impressive
experience, he received a Bachelor of
Science and Business Administration degree
from Babson College and his JD from Suffolk
University.
To round out his diverse
background, Labovitz has been:
Lecturer at Benjamin Franklin
University in Economics and Bentley College;
Keynote speaker at the Leadership Conclave,
Mumbai, India; The Graduate School at
the University of West Indies; and guest
speaker before various business groups
regarding assessments, organizational
alignment, "Managing from the Middle"
and Leadership; The SHRM Regional meeting
in April 2007, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
