STEP 1.  ASSESSMENT

GPG works with an organization's leadership to establish performance metrics that can be used to monitor and measure the success of our work. This enables us to validate our approach, and pinpoint where to direct energy and attention. Our proprietary, Web-based survey tools can evaluate an organization's performance and the key factors that influence success (or validate client assumptions of what success looks like). Our assessments frequently help client leadership answer important questions such as:
  •  Do your managers feel enabled, or have the skills and training they need to contribute to the success of the organization?

  •  Is your organization's support structure in alignment with what is expected from managers?

  •  Is everyone on the same page as it relates to your corporate objectives and strategies?

  •  What training do people need that they are not receiving and who are they?

  •  How will changes in the organization's business practices and policies impact customers?

STEP 2.  PROGRAM DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

STEP 3.  TRAINING

  • We provide a complete library of training materials and books for use during and after our training programs.

  • We offer sophisticated online training and mentoring to supplement the initial training program and/or through monthly follow-ups with each participant. What we do not do is come into your organization, conduct short-term programs and then leave.



STEP 4.  ON GOING SUPPORT

In addition to follow-up training and mentoring, the GPG process includes quarterly tracking and analysis surveys that measure success and outcomes as well as pinpointing areas that continue to need improvement. This can be done on a department, team or individual level.
